緬甸是一個很安全的國家，一個女仔自遊沒問題，但當然無論在何地都應保持基本的安全警覺性。
我全程沒有預訂住宿，全都是依旅遊書找的。
我的行程已嫌太緊了，如果可以最好有兩星期或以上。

1. 新年去應不會太熱，晚上甚至可能會涼。
2. 當地始終以緬甸人為大多數，所以新年不會冷冷清清。
3. 我自己未去過西面海岸的漁村，只是聽過口碑唔錯。
4. 詳情不知，但從雲南入境的多數只會玩口岸附近，未聽過有人會一直玩到中、南部。

Hi Jen Jen,
Sorry to have late reply as I just back from Shanghai today.
Ranau ~ a small town between KK and Mt. Kinabalu, from Ranau to Mt. Kinabalu you should take taxi or van, it takes about 30 mins, so you are unable to start walking from Ranau, you must start from Mt. Kinabalu Park Headquarter, as you need to pay climbing fees first.

1) 你可以試下再打電話去試, 唔同人可能會有唔同結果。
2) 唔得的話, 有無辦法更改行程相就 ??
3) 再唔得的話, 問下大約高 50m 的 gunting lagadan hut有無住宿 ?? 只係無暖氣之差。
4) 再唔得的話, 試下隔日打電話去試, 試到得為止。
5) 再唔得的話, 惟有去到SABAH 再試, 有時會有些人取消, 你是否 2個人去 ??? 會有機會。

3 Dec from KL to Kinabalu - stay to visit Sunday market
4 Dec from KK to Mt Kinabalu and start hiking
5 Dec dawn hiking for catching the sunrise
6 Dec from KK to KL by flight at 18:30
Please advice if it is a feasible itinerary. When will be the last bus and the earliest bus from KK to Mt. Kinabalu.
Am I allowed to hike immediately after arriving the Kinabalu Park.
I can read Chinese but I don't know how to type. Really wish you could offer me some opinion.

有風險但應可行，我聽過有人曾即到即走，我想主要是有沒有嚮導等開工。回程車應不用擔心，大部分人都是看完日出下山即走。

I am sorry that i don't know how to type Chinese. I plan to visit SABAH from 29/11/06 to 03/12/06.Maybe I am too late to book so most of the flight to Sabah is already full. I can just take Malaysian Airline afternoon flight to there and arrive ther alomost night time. We will stay at Sutera Magallan Harbour Resort for the first night. the second day and third day we will go to MT. Kinabula. The fourth day we will go to suba diving or rafting . the fifth day we will go back to H.K.
I have few questions need your advice
- I have call the agent in Sabah they offer the package for 2 nite one day is RM 390 per person
(include accomadation in Laban Rata and full meal but not included the climbing fee) and I have check that only the accomodation only charge RM 69 person.I think there is a lot different between both.so I prefer just book the rooms but not the package But I am afraid if we don't brought the package can we get food in the restaurant there and does it cost much.
- our party included 4 girls and this is our first time to walk up the mountains like this. Do you think we can stand for it ( we seldom do anyexcrcise in H.K)
- after the two days trip in MT. climbing, which
activities you prefer us to play. scrubing diving or rafting. cause we really don't have enough time to play both. and we are eager to do some games that we can play in H.K overthere.
- any more good suggest and tip that can introduce us. (Like where to eat , the traffic from sutera to mt kinanbula. shall we get taxi or call car service, the weather at the end of nov. is that really cold )

Just read your message and suggest you like this:
1st day ~ late arrive to KK and have dinner in KK city, remember take a map (KK City) from airport.(night market or Anjuing senja night walk)
2nd day ~ Rafting or diving (2 choose 1)
Rafting ~ (Padas Rafting 3 grade) RM170/person (can bargain a little for 4 persons) from 7.30am~5pm
Diving ~ from Megellan private pier RM35/island, RM50/2 island ; there are restaurant on the island or RM95/person for BBQ.
3rd day ~ Diving
4th day ~ Poring Hotspring one day trip, (not stay in Poring)
5th day ~ Sunday Market in the morning, then go back to HK.
Suggest to cancel Mt. Kinabalu, because it will spend at least 3 days 2 nights, you do not have time to climb, unless you do not climb, just go and see Headquarter, that 2 days 1 night is OK.
There are free shuttle bus from Megellan to KK City, as always full, prefer book in advance, otherwise, take RM10 for taxi, just 5 mins.
The weather is fine, don't worry, but remember to take an umbrella, sometimes have raining.
If you want to book the tour in HK, I can give you the website for information, let me know.

Hello! LEMONPIG,
其實好多人都係兩日一夜的package上Mt.Kinabulu, 通常係晨早在KK出發, 大約2小時車程到達HQ, 隨即開始上山, 如果唔係行得太慢, 天黑前應可到達Laban Rata, 凌晨出發登頂後即日返回HQ, 之後再轉車返KK!
如果你唔book package就要好好把握時間,
因為旅行社可以在KK的酒店pick-up你地, 去到HQ的手續又不用自己操心;
如果自己搭巴士, 要轉車之餘, 到達HQ仲要自己攪登山手續啊!!
另外, 我估最重要係「要confirm你所選的日子可否book到山上的住宿」, 因為申請登山証必須出示山上的住宿booking confirmation啊!!
山上的Laban Rata Resthouse有buffet或散餐,
2006年2月參考價錢:
instant noodle RM5.2 (淨麵一碗,是餐牌上最便宜的項目)
fried rice RM11.5 (都幾大碟,一般女仔可二人share一碟)
drinking water free-of-charge
